Price-list

On the arrival day you will be accommodated from 13.00 to 15.00. During the registration, the returnable deposit of CZK 1 000 is paid; for apartment No. 1 the returnable deposit is CZK 2 000. The accommodation price balance will be paid on arrival.

You will receive the check list of the apartment equipment, the key from the bike room and main entrance and the chip card from the apartment. Upon checking out of the hotel, rooms are to be vacated by 10 a.m.

All the prices include VAT and breakfast.
*Apartment No. 1 involves the breakfast for ca 4 persons.

The price does not include the municipal fee for the accommodation. This fee is to be paid upon arrival.

Children up to 3 years of age are accommodated free of charge without an extra bed being provided. There is the possibility to hire a small travel bed (including bedding). Lending a bed shall be announced in advance during the reservation.

The price of the stay involves

• accommodation with breakfast
• bedding
• energy consumption
• parking at Guest House premises
• bike depository
• final cleaning

Advance payment, cancellation conditions

For a reserved stay, the advance payment of 50% of the total price of the stay is paid. This advance payment shall be paid until due date. By payment of the advance payment, your stay is reserved.

You can cancel your stay in our guest house only in writing by post or email to the address: proinvest.sro@tiscali.cz

If you cannot come to the reserved stay and you have to cancel it, the advance payment will be returned to you to the amount of 25 % of the price of the total stay provided you cancel the stay in writing at least 1 month before its start.

If you cancel the stay within 14 - 30 days before the start of the stay, you will be returned 10 % of the total payment for the stay. If you cancel the reserved stay after 13 days from the start of the stay, the advance payment is non-refundable.
