The reception is open daily

• From 10.00 to 12.00
• From 13.00 to 17.00

Accommodation

Upon arrival, you get a take-over record with the list of furnishings of the apartment in the reception and you pay the returnable deposit. At the reception, you get the key from the bike room, main entrance into the building and the chip card from the room. If anything is unclear or you need information do not hesitate and address the reception.

Information centre

A part of the reception is also the information centre with postcards, cycling maps, information leaflets, tips for trips and maps of cross-country ski routes in winter at your disposal. Upon arrival, you will have the common bike room for the safekeeping of bikes, baby carriages etc at your disposal. You can also buy small refreshments here.

Rental

In the space of Ratmírák Guest House the professional table football named Stadium and the professional billiards table are available. Further, we can lend you a pedal boat, flat boat and canoes (only the persons older then 18 years). All the utensils for rent are issued at the reception.
